Kauffman Saddlery Company, East 24th Street, c.1930
The pictured building was constructed in 1913 by the Fiss, Doerr and Carroll
Horse Company as a location for horse auctions. In 1922, the company sold the
building to the H. Kauffman and Sons Saddlery Company, which sold riding gear
at this location until 1991.
